OBJECTIVE
Gently and deeply strengthen your muscles.
Learn to listen to your body and feel the benefits of the method’s 6 keys.
SESSION CONTENT
• Sequences of movements, standing or on the floor.
• Balanced and core muscle work.
• Breathing and posture control.
• The 6 key principles of the Pilates method: breathing, concentration, centering, precision, fluidity, and control.
CIRCUIT TRAINING

Join our Circuit Training classes in small groups (4 students) to benefit from personalized attention and a friendly atmosphere.
OBJECTIVE
A fun and effective class for everyone to improve their fitness, muscular and stamina levels all at once in a short time.
SESSION CONTENT
• A series of varied cardio and muscle-strengthening exercises using bodyweight and equipment.
• With or without impact (individual options to increase or decrease intensity).
