General terms and conditions for booking Fit-U Escapes (Ursula x Leyana)
FIT-U ESCAPES
Fit-U retreats are organized by Leyana, in collaboration with Ursula Nicolau, Fit-U coach.
Booking & Payment
To request a reservation, participants must complete the online registration form.
Following this, you will be contacted by email or WhatsApp with confirmation details and payment instructions.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
The remaining balance must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the retreat.
Your booking is confirmed only once the deposit has been received.
Spots are allocated on a first confirmed, first served basis.
Payments can be made by check or cash. Payment details will be shared after registration.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited number of spots, no cancellations or refunds are possible.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person.
It is your responsibility to find a replacement.
Minimum Participants
A minimum of 9 participants is required to confirm the retreat.
If this number is not reached, the retreat may be canceled and all payments will be fully refunded.
Instructor & Program
The retreat will be led by Ursula Nicolau (Fit-U Coach).
In the unlikely event that she is unable to attend, a qualified replacement will be arranged.
If no suitable replacement can be found, participants will receive a full refund.
The program and schedule may be adjusted if necessary (weather conditions, group needs, or organizational reasons), while maintaining the overall experience.
Food & Dietary Requirements
Meals are included as part of the retreat experience.
A form will be shared with participants in advance to collect any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements (including religious preferences).
While we take great care, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.
Insurance & Responsibility
Ursula Nicolau holds professional liability insurance as a certified coach.
By booking this retreat, participants confirm that they are physically fit to take part in the activities. Participation is at their own risk.
Leyana and Fit-U cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft during the retreat.
Participants are responsible for their own personal insurance, including travel, health, and cancellation coverage.
Travel & Personal Arrangements
Participants are responsible for organizing their own transportation to and from La Barboire Campagne.
Any personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.
Force Majeure
Leyana cannot be held responsible for events beyond its control (including but not limited to natural events, health situations, or travel disruptions).
In such cases, the retreat may be postponed or canceled. A solution (rescheduling or refund) will be proposed accordingly.
Image Rights
Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for communication and promotional purposes.
A consent form will be shared with participants in advance to collect authorization.
