Personal training is a very broad discipline. Some of us want to regain confidence in our physical abilities after an injury or a long period of inactivity, while others want to lose weight, sculpt their body, or prepare for a specific athletic challenge (long distance expedition, first marathon, ski training, etc.).
Whatever your goal, Ursula will rigorously define it with you during an initial consultation and will develop a highly customized program based on needs and goals. All programs are based on a 5-week commitment of 1, 2, or 3 hours of coaching per week at a minimum. The number of weekly hours chosen will depend on your targeted objectives.
